Pinnacle Veterinary Hospital is truly exceptional. The doctors and staff are tremendous; kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took such wonderful care of Everly and made the entire experience completely stress-free for her, which means everything to me as a pet parent. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and treat each animal with compassion and respect. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary hospital I trust completely. The staff is extremely caring, knowledgeable, and friendly! Our puppy needed emergency surgery and we were very nervous and scared. The staff were comforting and reassuring throughout the whole process. Her surgery went so well and they were able to spay her at the same time. Our puppy had to miss our wedding due to her surgery and the staff sent us pictures of her and a sweet text the day of. We were blown away by the staffs compassion and care they provided to our puppy and to us. If we ever need an emergency vet again we will definitely go back to Pinnacle 💜

We had to drive 45 minutes to Pinnacle and it was well worth it. They cared for my dog in a timely manner and were very compassionate. The vet had wonderful bedside manner and I felt well informed. I thought prices were reasonable. Our dog was very sick and ultimately crossed the rainbow bridge, but I felt very well taken care of and respected. Couldn’t say better things about Pinnacle. My dog had developed a leg abscess & had to get it drained immediately. Dr. Chin took such amazing care of him & kept us in the loop with everything in a timely manner. He is healing well and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Chin & the whole team

Unfortunately we had to visit Pinnacle today and I today unfortunately because we lost our beloved dog. However the staff here were amazing. I did not regret driving the distance for them. They were passionate and also very straight forward which is what I love. I didn’t need someone to sugar coat it or beat around the bush. No matter what it was ripping my heart out but I would rather not have false hope. They were amazing and I actually didn’t feel like I was robbed when I left. I would definitely go there again and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Pinnacle for all your help and compassion helping Nugget cross that bridge.
