I was visiting family in the area for 2 weeks. I brought my 'infant' 14 week kitty with me and decided she needed more toys. I would have given a much higher rating but on this particular day, the manager was extremely rude, as well as the cashier. The manager was a bit perturbed because I was taking pictures in the store. The store was clean and well organized, but one of the associates alerted him that I was taking photos. He followed me throughout the store before confronting me. I advised him I do Google reviews. When I checked out, the manager and associate that was bothered by my photography, were near the register watching closely. I had a return for an item that was missing a piece. The cashier said "It was missing a piece and you bought it anyways? Why?" Ummm, had I known it was

Horrible grooming service. I usually go to the petsmart near my house but decided to make an appointment here due to it being near work and I could just pick her up after. Haircut was extremely choppy and uneven. Highly disappointed will not return to this location.

Warning do not take your pet to the grooming center at this location, They are extremely dishonest and will lie to you and make you pay extra charges. That are absolutely unnecessary.

Fish tank I bought leaked after 7 or so months. Brought it back and asked for a replacement and it was done no issue

They squeezed in an appointment for my Yorkie and did a great job. He has anxiety issues so he can be tough to groom. They were very understanding.
