Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital

I absolutely love Dr. Jacobson, she was so good with my very anxious Chihuahua and myself who was equally anxious about the pending vaccinations for my fur baby. We got everything accomplished we needed to do quickly. The staff was overly helpful and caring. So happy and relieved I found them.

This was my first visit at Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital with Dr. Jacobson. When they showed me into the exam room, I was greeted by Noah, who asked why we were there and any other details that the doctor should know. He was very kind and made me feel welcome. I had gone to their practice because my prior vet had retired and closed his practice. Their office emailed me and invited me to try their practice so I did. Dr. Jacobson was very kind and ordered some tests for Buddy to determine why he was not feeling well. She called me with the test results and offered her suggestions for further treatment. I am very impressed with this practice and think I will be quite happy there.

We are moving to AZ and needed to get our pups established at a new vet. We also needed a health certificate to take them to Hawaii, which is a complicated process. Dr Horth was wonderful and Luckie (travel specialist) was as well. She is very thorough and detailed and we feel confident in her helping us with this process going forward. We also got a couple of follow up calls for some other items, the entire staff is diligent and helpful.

The front staff if excellent, the vets are exceptional and the vet techs are terrific! Ziggy loves everyone there and we are grateful for the care you provide out fur baby$

My cat had something going on in her ear. It was easy to make an appointment and they were able to get us in right away. Dr. Madison Phillips was excellent and took wonderful care of my cat. Had to put drops in her ear for a couple of weeks but everything cleared up. Dr. Madi made my cat feel comfortable, which I appreciated. Recommend if you're in the N. Scottsdale area or Desert Ridge area.
