If I could give them 10stars I would! This clinic is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate.The staff provides excellent care and clear explanations about treatment options. I adopted a4year old cocker spaniel that had multiple health issues , she was neglected by previous owner. Dr. McKee explained to me what can be the cause of the problems and what would be the best treatment for her. I saw results in the first week of treatment . This clinics truly treat pets like family. They also just stated new service grooming. Jackie the groomer did an amazing job with Maggie. She ask me multiple question about the look I want for Maggie and what be best for her and gave me tips how to care for CokerSpaniel hair. Making an appointment online was fast and easy, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. They immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured, which means so much when trusting someone with your pets. I recently went to the pineville animal clinic after receiving care from a very inattentive emergency vet. 10/10 experience, everyone in office was very kind and attentive. Vet tech Tiffany and veterinarian James were amazing with my pup.

Pineville animal clinic made a next day appointment for us when something became wrong with my new kittens eye. They were very freindly, appointment was quick and easy, and they had the medicine right there to send us home with that my kitten needed. Highly recommend!
