What can be better than “It was perfect”? We are new patients at PAH and my pet received better care here than from her previous vet. I wish I had found Dr. Iopollo sooner, but I believe she will have a longer, stronger, healthier life because of the excellent care she is receiving now. Every area in the clinic is spotless, it smells good, the staff, technicians, and Dr. Iopollo all treat Beanie as tho she were their favorite. The prices are in line with what other vets charge, but she is getting better care here. I am so thankful for PAH❤️

The veterinarians here are excellent-- caring, knowledgeable and thorough. That said, the front desk experience could definitely be improved, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5. The front desk staff often seems disorganized, and communication isn’t always clear. For example: The front desk scheduled a follow up appointment for further testing for my cat but didn’t confirm with the vet or write down which tests were needed (even though they told me they would). When I showed up for the appointment, the vet techs were confused and had to ask me if I remembered what tests my cat was supposed to get. This caused a delay as the vet tech had to track down the actual vet to confirm what I recalled. I’ve also had ongoing issues with prescriptions. I often request written prescriptions

We always have a great experience with this clinic. Dr. Dana is our usual doctor but recently we worked with Dr. Walter and the ortho veterinarian. They gave us clear expectations and instructions. We are only on day 3 of recovery but everything is good so far! The front desk staff are ALWAYS pleasant, they truly make this clinic great. We also like Dr. Dana’s tech but I can’t think of her name. She is wonderful with our dog.

We've been clients of PAH for 9 yrs and have always had great care with all the veterinarians. We met Dr Ioppolo for the first time and I am so impressed that he spent such quality time with us. His tech Laurie was exceptional! I have nothing but positive experiences from the front desk to check out. Thank you, PAH, for what you do!

Really great team of people taking excellent care of my pups. They’ve done dentals, tooth extractions, yearly health appointments, labs, shots, spays and end of life care for my pups. I can’t recommend them enough. The dogs are always happy and relaxed while there.
