Banfield Pet Hospital

Yes We have been with Yankin Park / Banfield pet Hospital for around 15 + years in SP ! So for years I have Certainly/ in the Past have always very much admire the devotion to our pets they have Shown and appreciated the Staff/ Vetinary Doctors there / techs Especially Dr. powell !!! Our family moved to help out 4- years ago from SP to Rockingham area due to our Youngest daughter that was diagnosed with blood Cancer so we are about 30- 40 minutes away depends on traffic ! Today not a good Day ! I agree to an Appointment on Sunday / I thought was 3:00 pm Arrived at around 2:34-2:40 with both Dogs in the parking lot ! Both went potty! Got in was told I am late/ Appointment at 2:00 pm And Couldn't bs Seen / I asked Why and if possible Could we be work in or at least one dog seen ! Answer No

Banfield has always been good with my pets. Lately my dogs have had back to back issues. Some urgent, and some challenging. My dogs have gotten appointments in a timely matter and the veterinarians have worked together to take care of Miss Ruby during her eye emergency this week. Seems like every time I go, I'm impressed a little bit more! Also, the team at the front desk is awesome!

On a Saturday when no one else could or would help us Banfield helped us to rescue this beautiful dog. Stayed later than they were supposed to and were so heartfelt about everything they did. I highly recommend them and I pray blessings over this whole staff!

I would recommend this pet hospital to anyone, the staff and the vets have always been very pleasant and caring to our fur babies needs. I have been meaning to write about my experience because it made me cry of how much they cared about the loss of our girl tiger lilly She was very ill and we had to put her down, from beginning to end they got us in asap and the news was devastating. It’s been a month and it has not been easy she was more than a pet she was a member of our family. She grew up with our daughters. About a week ago we got a card from the pet hospital and it was the most thoughtful card we have ever received. It was signed by everyone at the pet hospital including our vet. And specific thoughts and condolences I just wanted to tell you guys thank you for caring for our pets

They really care about the puppets. Tiki always get too excited when going there, but they get to get him calmed. Installations are really clean
