Pine Cone Pet Hospital

I brought my dog in when my regular vet could not see him and they got me in right away. Everyone was so helpful and so friendly. They checked my dog over from nose to toes. Checked everything. And everything was told to me As if I could understand it, which I very much appreciate. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to. Having it be emergency, I was expecting to pay 3x as much as I paid. I was very very happy with the service & bill. Sadly my pet passed several days later due to unrelated causes.

We had an emergent need to have one of our cats seen today, they were able to get us in with their doctor before the day was over, she figured out what was wrong with him and treated him promptly. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it to make sure that we were OK with it, they gave us an estimate of cost anytime that we asked for it, overall an incredible and hands on experience. We really felt like we were being treated as family, even though this was our first time here. our regular vet let us down by scheduling an appointment for next week when we brought up our concerns about the cat the other day… Had it not been for the folks at pinecone today, I’m not sure what would’ve happened. We are extremely grateful and will now be visiting this location indefinite

Ongoing care here is amazing but the staff was able to save my cat Meatball that accidentally ate a needle. They are professional and helpful during an emergency. Meatball was so carefully handled he came home purring somehow. I can tell they really love their patients. Thank you guys for everything.

They are the best vet I have ever been too! The staff is fantastic! I feel like my pets are in good hands. They will bend over backwards for their patients and I feel like they genuinely care about every animal that comes through their door.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. We stopped by randomly because our dog had a hot spot we were concerned about and everyone here was so helpful. We normally don’t come here for vet visits but we will now! 😄 I highly recommend this vet clinic. We will never go anywhere else! Thanks for being so kind and loving to our pets. 🐾
