Our little Weiner dog Ozzy is very timid but when I pick him up I’m told he has been very good and he shows off how cute he is.

I was debating leaving a review but after some time I’ve thought I should share my experience. I don’t leave reviews but I had to this time, I heard them yelling at the dogs and foul language. It was not only inappropriate but very unprofessional. I also felt uncomfortable with the person at the desk as I feel like they gave me attitude. Over priced for the “service” they say they provide. It took over 3 hours for my dog to get done. I know it does not take longer than 2 hours for my dog to get groomed. I will not be coming back.

Talked to 2 different people there. Manager took her in herself. Basically gave her a wash and handed her over. Full price for a trim and nails as well as removal of Mats. She didn't do anything but do a light bath. Blamed my dog for being high anxiety. An old lady fixed everything for free and now does her monthly for 1/4 the cost, and a much better environment.

I have a new dog. Not too long ago I had brought my dog to Petsmart in St. Cloud. He was gone a few hours for a haircut and when we got him back, literally nothing was done. This time around we brought Finnigan to Knotty Paws and what a breath of fresh air that was. You get texts when your pet is ready. The staff seem excited to see your pet again. AND its cheaper than Pet Smart. My dog looks completely different "and its awesome". He got to interact with people in a positive way as well as with other dogs. I can't stress this enough. If you are looking for a great place to get a cooler summer cut for your dog, this is the place to do it hands down. Don't waste your money somewhere like Pet Smart because its a waste. I didn’t get a service done by Knotty Paws… But, this morning a darkish grey truck with the name/logo in the back window && the passenger windows bought my Scooters Drink && Burrito… This made my entire month! I wanted to thank this person, but they drove off to fast && I tried calling but no answer.. I did leave a message for a call back. You have no idea, how this impacted my day! Thank you to whoever you are.. As, I was trying to find the right amount $$…&& a kind souls just decided hey, I’ll help without even knowing me!!! 🥹😭🥹😁
