Pilot Knob Animal Hospital

I can’t say enough great things about the entire team at PKAH. Our cats and dogs have always received wonderful care. From the early stages to end of life, the options are always explained well. We are grateful for their expertise.

I’m not sure about Pilot Knob Animal Hospital. Here’s why: 1. They gave me a last-minute cancellation notice for my first visit, which completely messed up my schedule. 2. The nurse didn’t carefully review my puppy’s health records from our previous vet and ended up recommending the wrong vaccine. 3. I had emailed them ahead of time, asking to skip any unnecessary vaccines, but they still gave everything to my tiny pup. Later, the (very kind) doctor called to say she was experiencing bad diarrhea possibly from too many shots at once or from the cheese they gave her at the clinic. 4. There was an issue with their blood work, and they called us back for another blood draw. My puppy was already feeling awful after the vaccines, and putting her through that again was heartbreaking. 5. When I r

I couldn't ask for a better veterinary care team for my pets. The doctors, technicians, and receptionists are all warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They make me feel like each of my pet's is part of their own family. I have dogs ranging from 10 months old to 10 years old and the doctors tailor their bedside manner/exam style to exactly what each of my pets need to be comfortable. Dr. Handley and Paige took the extra time early on with a scared young puppy and it made ALL of the difference - she's no longer afraid of the vet clinic! I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Yip, Dr. Handley, Tarek, Ally, Paige, Bretton, Grace, Kate, Katie Jo, and anyone else I missed. You all are just fantastic! Great vets & team for our three cats! They are understanding, patient, and provide detailed care for our pets. Bretton was super impressive! She knows her job well and seemed genuinely interested in the well being of our cats.

We love this vet clinic! The vets and vet techs are so gentle and loving with our kitties. We have one very anxious cat and the staff work hard to make her as comfortable as possible. The prices are fair and they do not push any services on you .
