Although Lucky and Bingo look apprehensive, they are in good hands with Dr Wood! She is skilled and patient, never in a hurry and listens to her clients. I implicitly trust her and feel fortunate she is on the Piedmont Equine team.

From the first phone call, to calling us after we got our horse back home to check in, Dr. Wood was amazing! She Explained everything so well. We knew exactly what we were getting into as far as treatment options and cost for colic. She had our daughters help with the initial exam to determine what needed to be done, Which they really appreciated. We felt very good leaving our horse with them and are so glad we chose this facility. We’re are thankful our horse recovered and was treated so well. We Would absolutely recommend them !

The staff here is extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Elliot allowed us to be present for our horse’s ultrasound and was very informative and explained everything he was seeing and doing in laymen’s terms in a way owners without veterinary experience can understand. He offered several treatment options for my horses situation and explained each option clearly and in depth. He is very kind and truly has your animals best interest at heart. It is rare and difficult to find doctors and staff like those at Piedmont and we are very thankful for their help!!!

Absolutely wonderful people! They really do care for your horses like their own! And always amazing in an emergency! We've had 2 this month and the staff handled it like champs!! And the facility is always absolutely immaculate both inside and out!

I love this facility, and Dr. Yunkin. My horses aren't high class performance animals, yet he treats them with just as much respect and compassion. He truly is committed to the animal, and there's nowhere else I'd rather take my babies!
