Picture Purrfect Grooming

This woman is totally insane. I was told by a neighbor that she was good, so I gave it a try. My dog was dropped off by my brother in law. A few minutes later, this woman called me and told me I wrote her a faulty check. No check was written. She also said I no showed several appointments. I've never even used this place before. I personally think her business should be shut down. I've seen certain reviews that she's been nasty to people's dogs and their dogs got fleas every time they've come from there. I will certainly never even call this place again.

My recent experience: came early to pick up my dogs. Stood back so dog would not see me and struggle to get off the table, as he is a hard groom to begin with. Dog didn’t see me, neither did groomer. What happened next was quite upsetting. My dog was being yelled at and with a peek or two, roughed up a bit. Obscenities were flying from the groomer. Particularly the “F-word” and she called my dog an “A-hole”. Then the groomer started trash talking me to my own dog?! She threatened to “slam-dunk” my dog if he bit her (he has never bitten anyone), and I was about to end the whole affair, but stood frozen and unsure how to handle this all. Been using this groomer for about 5 years, so she is accustomed to this dog. I have always tipped her 20%, hoping it would afford my dogs a little TLC. The

Owner rude and complained about me to my daughter when she picked my dog up after grooming and grooming is why i bring her in, not to be complaint about, assuming i dont brush my dog...are you kidding me!!!!!!!!...plus she got fleas every time i brought her in...thank you, you gave me the push i need to do the job myself. I would give a zero if i could, Never again!!!!!!
