From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, a pleasant atmosphere, and care. The receptionist was kind and gave my pups calming bandanas. While waiting, there was coffee, tea, pet books, and plenty of chew toys! 🧸 Dr. Kristy and Diane created such a welcoming and mindful space for both my puppy with the appointment and her brother. 🐾 What stood out most was how thorough, patient, and attentive the entire visit was, not only in person, but also in the records provided afterward. The documentation was detailed and supportive, and it reflected the care that was given. Unlike other places I’ve been, nothing felt rushed or dismissed. I had a great experience today as a new patient! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Walter and Diane truly got to know my kitten. They didn’t just assess her and send us on our way. They sat and played with her, pet her and of course gave her some yummy treats. I could immediately see their love for their patients and the work they do. I have already scheduled my other pets there to become patients!

Dr. Walter is truly a gem! She’s amazing and her team is kind and compassionate. She took the time to get to know my dog and answered my questions. She did a tooth cleaning and extraction and I was very pleased with the experience.
