These people are so inhumane and heartless. I went in with an emergency situation and couldn’t pay the same night so they told me to take my dog home (after her being ran over) until I could get the money to pay. They said this with no sympathy btw then proceeded to say if I wanted to put her down they would do a promise to pay but I can’t promise to pay to save my dogs life???

Disappointed to say in the least. I made an appointment for the 1st time on a Wednesday, the appt was the following Monday evening. They took my credit card deposit over the phone which I have never done at any other Vet. When I arrived on time, in the evening they told me NOT to come in the office because they were running behind on their appointments & I needed to wait until they called me back. I waited 42 minutes over my appt time. Then when I check in they spent all of 5-7 minutes with my animal & asked a couple questions about them. Took the sample for the test & said if I don't hear anything for them then my cat was fine. I spent quite a bit of money for this very unpleasant experience. I won't be back nor recommend them to anyone! I highly recommend they improve their communication

The worst office staff! They do not answer phones with any regularity and are not attentive or helpful when they do. I called to check on flea med availability and was told it would be waiting for me. When I arrived I was told they needed to see my pet before they could sell it to me. I had proof she was up to date on vaccines, but they still refused to sell it to me. I understand policy, but why was I not told this when I called before I drove to the office, which was my purpose in calling. I will not return.

The best vet I’ve ever taken my animals to. They truly care and go above and beyond to try and figure out what’s wrong with my animals.

I have been using this vet for years for my dogs and cats, they are always friendly and helpful. The wait time lately has been just about unbearable to deal with, over-scheduling being the main issue that I’ve seen. You can never call in, the line is busy at just about all times and immediately ends the call attempt. No way to leave a voicemail. Would just like for it to be easier to at least contact them especially since it’s not open for people to go inside.
