I was doggy sitting for a friend and the furbaby needed a nail trim so I asked my neighbors for a recommendation and they provided this place. The workers were the best ever. I talked to several people coming in to pick up their furbaby and they all offered high praise for this place. And let me tell you the service I received was 5 stars from walk in to finish. I plan on doing a follow up visit to address ongoing issues with this furbaby. If you want a place to take your baby where they'll show care and provide excellent service give this place a try and you won't be disappointed. I knew this furbaby had extra issues and the staff confirmed my suspicions and recommended a care routine going forward.

This is the place. My dog has extreme anxiety and I have been told that she’s a hard dog to cut. The owner(Vicki) is the best. She’s been doing this for years. Our dog is now calmer and less anxious. Thank you guys for loving Otter.

Courtney was such a patient groomer with our terribly matted large dog. I will be forever grateful that she took the time to keep our GP mix’s hair as long as possible. She looks 110% better!! And did not seem stressed after an all day first groom. I understood going in that it was going to be an expensive groom and it was well worth it. Thank you also to Ms Vicki and Sarah!
