The staff is professional, caring, & courteous. Very fair pricing and a very calm environment. My dog Tiki LOVES going to Phoenix Pet Salon so much, she doesn't want to go home when I pick her up.
I can't say enough amazing things about Phoenix Pet Salon! They take such amazing care of my doodles and always send them home looking and smelling absolutely perfect. The staff is kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals — my pups actually gets excited to go in, which says it all! They listen carefully to what I want and always deliver a flawless cut. If you're looking for a groomer who truly cares and goes above and beyond, this is the place. Highly recommend!
Very professional and they do a beautiful job. They are so gentle with my dog and do their best to squeeze me in for an appointment when I need it. I am so happy. I found this place because they are one of the few cageless salons and my dog is not nervous to get groomed.
I love coming here. You know you’re in good hands when your pet loves it here too! The staff is so sweet ❤️ and very reasonable
