We are so grateful for the care we received at Phillips Vet Clinic. Kalyn was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly heard and cared for. Dr. Taylor was thorough, compassionate, and thoughtful in the tests she ran and in creating a treatment plan for our cat Riddler’s anxiety and cystitis. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. Exceptional care from start to finish — we highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Kyle took a call late Saturday evening regarding a horse injury requiring immediate attention and was beyond professional in getting us situated with needed emergency care. He was phenomenal to work with at a time and on a day that was inconvenient and yet he presented complete focus and support to best service our injured horse and in a way that made it clear he is compassionate, knowledgeable and incredibly willing to help in a way that had our best interest in mind the whole time. A five star rating is not sufficient to illustrate just how satisfied we are with his care and approach to the work as a veterinarian. We are very thankful to have him practicing in the area! Top notch professional.

This vet clinic is the best! They have been great about getting my foster pups in for CVI's on short notice so they can get to their new families quicker, their emergency phone line is excellent, they are great with my temperamental dog, and their fees are very fair. I have family members that are out of the area, but they still make the drive to Phillips for vet care. The ladies in the front are always helpful and friendly, the vet techs are always so kind, gentle, and patient, and Dr. Ben and Dr. Kyle are the absolute best. They are truly here for the animals and not just to make a buck. I have had to call the emergency line a couple times, and I got a phone call back in less than 15 minutes. They walk you through what to look for instead of just having you bring your animal in, and the
