Well my poor little Toby Tangled with a porcupine and he didn't win I tell you what I called all the vets in the area One of them who has a emergency room said they couldn't take them because they only have one doctor The other one was having emergency of their own So my last resort was on the recommendation of another vet and I called North country I tell you what from the very beginning I had an exceptional experience The lady at the front desk was very sweet and she got me in right away at 2:30 When she checked me and she was just very personable alone I felt right at home right away And of course the vet wow Just Excellent excellent excellent I knew right away that my dog was in good hands She didn't waste my dog off she Had me present when she gave him the sedation I was there when sh

My dog got quilled by a porcupine while on vacation up north and I had to rush my poor dog in. The Dr. Ludwig made time in her full schedule to quickly sedate him and remove the quills. They were very accommodating and understanding. The team called the morning after to check in. Thank you Dr. L and team!!!

We had to rush our 5 yr old manx, Woody to after hours care due to him laboring to breathe and the vet and her tech were so compassionate, respectful and honest in their care for our sweet boy. They did everything they could for him, but he let us know it was his time and it was one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make, and they were so supportive every step of the way. I am so grateful for their care for us and our Woody boy. And I think they cried right along with us, because they care so much. Thank you so much for everything.

Horrible experience boarding my 15 month old Lab/Shepherd mix named Max! It was for seven days, six nights, and I had packed treats, 7 days worth of food, requested a nail trim... Even booked him a room with a window. I was told the earliest I could drop him off was at 7am. As I had a 10 hour drive ahead of me, that was great... Until no one showed up until 730 to accept him. Strike one. I believe he was completely underfed... They returned over half the food I left for him (wet and dry). His report card said "he devoured his food" and when I called to check on him after 3 days, they mentioned nothing about eating issues.
