Pheasant Creek Farm Pet Resort

We had to board our corgi mix and our orange cat for two months while we moved and remodeled our new house. It was difficult to be away from our fur babies for so long but Jason and his team were amazing. Jason called a few times with updates, letting us know when we were low on food (we had to extend the stay twice while things with our house got delayed), and he let us know how our fur kids were doing. When we finally came to pick up my cat was lounging in a cat tree in a sunny window and gave me a casual meow when he recognized me. He was so spoiled during his stay he thought he was already in our new home. Our dog is a senior and still looked happy and healthy, tail wagging and excited all around. We are very pleased with our pets stay here and appreciate everything Jason and his team

This was our cat, Shadow's, second time at Pheasant Creek for boarding but it was the first time for my youngest baby, my pup Reesie and I was extremely nervous because we were leaving him for over a week. There are so many horror stories out there, but Pheasant Creek did not disappoint. Brooke was totally awesome and put my mind at ease. The communication via phone call and email was reassuring. She sent a picture of my babies to show me they were having a ball. The facility was clean, they were very organized and professional. I would definitely recommend and will surely trust them with my babies again.

Nice spot to kennel my dogs. Clean, courteous, and reasonably priced. My dogs enjoyed it more than other kennels I have used.

We were nervous leaving Tango at a kennel for the first time. We always had a family member watch her. But when the family plan fell through we were scrambling to find a place for her. After talking to a half dozen places we finally got a recommendation to call Pheasant Creek. They were great to work with, Brooke was great and put us at ease. Tango had a great time and we loved the report cards and check in’s! Thank you, we will be back!
