Extremely nice staff members who really care about working with animals. I have adopted 3 dogs from here and I strongly recommend coming to petworks if you are looking to adopt.

I went in just to look, wasn’t planning on going home with any cats or kittens. But then fell in love with one that they called Diana, which I now called Chloe. She’s a sweetheart. Just gonna get some time to get her adjusted to my two small dogs. But I feel in the long run. It’s gonna work out. I just lost my cat of 13 years so I was in the grieving process and so was princess my Chihuahua, who played with possum every day for the last two years.

Me and my wife had an incident on Christmas Eve they sent an officer out for my neighbors who called. Went to court on Tuesday. The officer that came out to my property did not take my statement whatsoever did not write down that the neighbor's dog bit me. And when we went to court all she had to say was I don't know. Like I said refuse to take my statement because the neighbors gave her a half-ass video that did not show the whole altercation. Not only that she let them submit video of them surveilling my property. She also did not lay eyes on the neighbor's dog physically. Took the photos that they gave her and base the case off of that. The photos they submitted to her were not the injuries that were caused. Their dog had a scratch not a gash so she did not do her job correctly. Do not

Monday (1st of Dec) was my first visit at this shelter. I was there to drop of donations. But as soon as I stepped in the building I encountered an overwhelming unpleasant smell. It smelled like dirty litterboxes...lots of them. It caused me to walk out of there as fast as I could!! And I usually love to look at the animals.*** Now I have to mention that I own 4 cats and 2 dogs and have been to different shelters in the past (in TN and other states). Nowhere did I encounter such an overpowering smell before!! My advice to this shelter...clean the litterboxes more than once a day and use a different litter. Also, your facility is pretty much brand new and when visitors /potential new pet owners enter they should be expecting a clean smelling building!!!

My sister and I adopted a beautiful 6 month old kitty named Nancy, now Callie. She is absolutely beautiful and such a sweetheart! With a little bit of TLC and a few vet visits to make sure all was good she is a perfect kitty. She did need some care, but that is what we do when we rescue, help and care for those that need it.
