This Dr is Wonderful with my baby !!!! I was nervous ha ving moved to Kingsport and changing vets but man I feel so blessed finding her. 💕but my Jazzie is really the Blessed one!

This is the best vet office in Kingsport .Dr Roark and her staff are very caring and make every effort possible for your pets when they are sick .she is a absolute angel she saved 3 of my little chihuahuas without her her I probably wouldn't have them with me anymore. Thank you to Dr Roark an her staff for being so caring an loving to all her patients.

Took my cat multiple times over months for diarrhea. Was advised she might have a protein allergy. Never got to be with my cat while she was examined. I couldn't afford further tests at the time, but I was not advised that it could be something more serious. It was cancer and now I've lost her. When I reached out a year later for something for my other cat that they've always done in the past, the receptionist (an older person than the two lovely young ladies I am familiar with from last year) had zero compassion or empathy, even when I told her my cat had passed from cancer being missed there, and refused to offer the service to my other cat. She also shamed me for my situation while I was crying. She solidified my decision to never go back.

She is a great vet, kind and very caring. The staff is very friendly also.y Dog Jack loves it there.very reasonable prices.

The ladies here are wonderful! They did an awesome job with our sweet Ava getting her first round of shots. Its safe to say that we have found our forever vet for all of Ava's needs.
