I would suggest changing the wording on the site about how an appointment is scheduled. The website said walk-in only no appointment necessary however, when I got there at the time, the clinic opened I was number 25 in line due to pre-registration. It needs to be better advertised that pre-registration will hold your spot in line. Other than that, the vet and all of the technicians were extremely kind and helpful.
Great experience. The line was a little long, as you would expect. Staff was beyond friendly and professional.
