I took my 7 cats to get 2 vaccines each. During checkout, it was very loud and chaotic in the store so I paid without checking the receipt. When I got home, I saw I was charged for 7 office visits instead of just for the vaccinations. I have been calling and emailing ever since. No one picks up the phone or emails you back. I cannot imagine if I had an emergency to deal with. They have zero customer service to speak of. I paid cash so I cannot dispute the charge.
Excellent. Good communication. Low cost, well organized, minimum wait time with pre-registration.
It seemed a bit unorganized. People who were just walking in or getting called before those that had an appointment.
Everyone was great. Get a group of pet lovers together and we all get along great.
Very professional, informative and knowledgeable. Pleasant and friendly.
