The actual staff was polite and caring. What I did not like is that we pre registered, and got confirmation that said we would receive a text when it was our turn and we could stay in our car or shop. Well come to find out that was not true and you had to stand in a huge line that took over an hour and half. Had we known we just needed to stand in a line to wait our turn we would have gotten there a lot sooner to be the front but since the email said NOT to do that, we didn't. Luckily we saw lots of people go in and decided to check it out and saw a huge line already. We never received a text that it was our turn so we just waited in line. What's the point of pre registering and giving instructions if they are in fact not true? We are so thankful for this service and don't mind waiting in

Staff was extremely friendly, calming and helpful to my furbaby who does not like seeing the vet. They answered all of my questions completely. Love the convience.
