After a 2 hour wait to get a simple rabies vaccination, I was informed that I did not have previous certificate to prove my dog was vaccinated. I showed the tech my email from the county that my dog’s vaccination is due by 9/24/2025 which proves we were in need of the required vaccine. How the tech refused to use this and only gave me certificate for a 1 year rabies instead of 3 year rabies. The tech told me I can call into customer service, with proof of the certificate, and they will change it for me To a three-year certificate once I show proof, And assured me, this would be an easy process. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I spoke with somebody, once I spoke with somebody they said they will try and get it to me, but they are way over run with paperwork and may not have it prior to

Great visit at the tractor supply store. Friendly staff and easy to get the necessary shots.

Very well done and saw compassion w/ other customers in need.
