I got there early for my appointment. The store staff had no process for clients. I waited an extra hour as other people with no appointments went ahead of me. I had to speak up and it got a little hostile. The vet himself was a little rude. I felt he did not want to be there. I guess we all have challenging moments. Minimal communication and negative experience but will try again. Sorry for late review but I hope this will help especially with the store check in process and communications.
This service is great!!! All the stuff are very friendly and helpful, and the doctor is really good and nice with the animals!
