My Cat was very upset and wouldn't allow the Vet to give him the shots until my husband had to go into the truck to get him as he was hissing. It would have been better if one of us would have been able to go in the truck with my cat. Strange place, Strange people and smells would upset any pet. We won't be doing this again here.
Texting you in your car when time to enter the van is great...unfortunately this was not implemented and those of who remained in our vehicles waiting were put on the end of the list of a manual walk up sign in procedure. People trying to control cats and big dogs in a line in the sun in the parking lot was terrible.
Great visit with my 2 cats and my dog. Professional, prompt and great with my pets.
