The vet is amazing with my dog, he has a very calming demenor. Vet tech was not helpful with helping hold my dog so she could get her nails clipped. I am also not a fan of having to help hold my dog down nor participate in her treatment.

My kitten was attacked and had been bitten very badly in the head by a large male cat. My baby had a temp of 105. The nursing staff was very kind and considerate and the Dr was thorough, having to drain blood from my kittens wound so that it did not get to his brain. I was given instructions, meds. & Was told if his fever brakes he should be fine. Happy to say he is doing great now thank you Cropwell animal hospital

This vet is so kind and understanding. They helped us when our dog starting experiencing seizures due to epilepsy. They have all been friendly and accommodating.

I had found a 8/10 week old stray puppy on Friday and took her in to see if anything and what could be wrong before bringing her into the house with other pets and kids. They did test for worms and gave her first round of shots. Brought her home and everything seemed great until Sunday she started having bowel trouble and vomiting. Took her in again to find out she had parvo. As I hear staff member say ( I was afraid of that) Not sure why that wasn’t tested since she was a stray before I spent money on shots and brought her around kids and other pets. Not to mention all the things we got for her to be a new family member. Then had to pay to have her put down.💔 Kids and I are devastated!
