Up until we got to get in to see the vet (2.5 hours), it was absolutely terrible !! People were angry, dissatisfied, impatient, pissed, I just can't say enough. The girl taking people in (1 hour and 15 minutes later was like a drill sergeant (not my words; someone else's waiting to get their dog in.) Worst experience getting rabies shot for my dogs in my life. The way it used to be worked so much better. Just because of 1 incident you ruined a really good thing.
Arrived at 9 AM only to find out at 9:30. You have to sign up in a virtual line finally saw the vet 2 1/2 hours later at 11:30 !!! if I would’ve known that in the beginning that it was a 2 1/2 hour wait. and everybody that was showing up actually signed up the day before, I would’ve just gone to the veteran. They never said anything on their website about this been going there for quite some time the first time I’ve ever heard of it. Don’t think I will venture back in again, a waste of my time.
Attitudes of team were not as friendly and caring as in my many prior visits felt like an inconvenience. They were not organized. 1st time I had to register for visit which I find to be very inconvenient. Took me sadly almost 2 hrs for a 5 minute for pups shots. Before we got in line and it was smooth in out in 30 minutes. Was an exhausting for my pup and me.
Fast, easy, excellent, reasonable price service.
