The woman administering the vaccines and drawing blood, presumably the vet, was very rough with our kitten while struggling to draw blood. Our kitten is small and was distressed, but the vet displayed no care or concern for the kitten. She treated the kitten like an object- I've never seen anyone who works with animals handle an animal, or address concerned pet owner, the way this woman did. Admittedly, I was a bit rude in my approach asking if she was having difficulty finding a vein, but the vet's response did nothing but cause more concern that we had made a poor choice coming to this clinic. We do not pamper our pets and are not very sensitive people but this was beyond the pale. The pricing seems good and the wait time was not too bad. Other pets and their owners leaving before us s
Fantastic. Cats did really well. Our first time was definitely a positive one. My animals deserve good care and appreciate the fair pricing.
