The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The 4 star rating instead of 5 is because I find the preregistration process confusing. I got the text that it was my turn and went directly to where the line was. I just assumed I would be next in line but was told to go to the back of the line. It would have been exactly the same outcome if I hadn’t signed up previously. So, I’m not sure what good it does to signup online. I’m not upset just not understanding how it’s supposed to work. Please let me know how it’s intended to be used.
My cat looked so pretty and she was so cute .Thank you so much for being so nice to her.
