Vet was amazing and kind. The assistant Helping the vet with the animals was amazing. However the person checking in and taking the pay not friendly and highly recommend other options for medication to be able to receive. As unlike other places I have got with this vet services they offered more availability other then send by mail cause they don’t have it. But at least my pet was treated with care and love by the vet and her assistant. 10 stars to the the only reason for one is the attitude and very uncaring behavior by the person checking in and the person taking the pay for the visit.
Everything was great other than the vet was 10 minutes late with no apology or explanation.
