The incompetence of staff doing registration and check in is unreal. You first walk in and are asked to register via a QR code with your phone or they can manually enter the info . They will then tell you to freely shop and when we are ready for you we will come find you, we walked around for 15 minutes or so and came back to the area and decided to wait . After being told we could not be in the area as it was the registration area. So we got into the line on the end wall . As we were next in line to be seen, the text message came through to sign in or the next customer in line will be accepted. Both techs stood there and conversated and never once moved or walked around to”get us”. As we asked if we were next they said no your not signed in. Meanwhile how could we sign in of your tec

change in check in IT was not first come first served.I was early not to wait with large dog .wait out side no call people after me came out. I went in a d complained. they took me in.I don't no if I'll go back.If this process
