PetVet Vaccination Clinic

It was disorganized not knowing what lane to go into but what bothered me the most is when the vet pronounced very loudly that my pet was way overweight when it was 3 lbs. Then when I looked at the paperwork he has the wrong breed down. Yes a pomerian would be smaller than a mini Boarder Collie. So I asked the clerical person to change the breed to a mini Border Collie and also fix his birthdate too but neither were fixed and I go again today dreading to hear my dog is so big when they still have the wrong breed down. Lastly, he got his rabies shot last time and I never received the tag. But I’m hoping this visit will be better!

Disappointed in how new system works. Prior registration for appt and when I arrived first in line was not taken back immediately. There was a lot of down time waiting to be seen while the employees were just standing idle.

Unorganized. The posting read no appt necessary but when you arrive you are asked to scan a barcode to register. The vet was unfriendly and seemed rushed. The assistants were rough with the kittens. It was the first time I used this service It was not a good experience.
