We just had our 3rd visit to Dogs R Us Grooming. We are so pleased with everything about this business. Both groomers are very friendly and professional. Each visit time is taken to approach our (often cranky, senior) furry pup gently, which i greatly appreciate. My dog seems very at ease and comfortable here. He comes out looking and smelling great!!! Important for me to add the online scheduling is super easy to navigate and manage appts. I also appreciate the reminder texts for appointments. So happy to have found this groomer and wishing the owners many years of continued success! Thank you!!!!

Both of my dogs where groomed today at Dogs R Us Grooming. They did a great job and were very friendly. The place was clean, roomy and smelled good. It did not have a dog smell AT ALL! They even gave the dogs Valentine treats ❤️. I would definitely recommend Dogs R Us Grooming.

First time here today with my normally very nervous and anxious golden retriever! They did SUCH an amazing job with her ! So sweet, gentle and considerate to her , and she looks beautiful! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

Purchased a puppy from Marion and Dwane . She was picked up by me at the airport in Chicago and had an obvious injury to her eye. I acknowledge that at the time of pick up. I scheduled an appointment immediately with my veterinarian. 2 days later she was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer that was due to an eye injury. I messaged Marion And Dwane and let them know diagnosis and that I would like them to pay for that vet appointment. They were reluctant and felt I got a good deal on this puppy and I should not be requesting money from them to pay for an injury that happened On their watch. At the time, I also acknowledge she was diagnosed with Medial patella luxation. This is a hereditary issue, and I was promised that these parents were cleared of all issues.
