I pre registered for an appointment, the website says arrive early. They were 25 mins late, they told everyone to leave and wait for your appointment text. I did but didn’t realize they text 10 people at the same time so I still was in line for 30 min. 1.5 hour experience. The people working it was slow, had absolutely not people skills and they added on more stuff then I asked for so my bill was $30 per dog more when I got to the pay both and I was not going to complain and wait longer to get the price adjusted.
It was kind of a cluster, we preregistered, and still had to wait
