First time coming to this location. I was able to get a same day grooming appointment because her normal groomers had to cancel that day. I booked with Jazmin D. I asked for a schnauzer cut but a little shorter because it’s summer. This the by far the WORST cut my dog has EVER had. It’s patchy and uneven. Her hair is cut down to the skin and she looks completely different. Her skin is flaky and dry. The fur in her legs are choppy. Jazmin said there were matted fur, I brush her every other day. She also said Mochi (my pup) wouldn’t sit still, but this I know can’t be true or just has to do with improper handling. She has never had a problem with her regular groomers so I know it can’t be true. This experience was enough for me not to come back. I should’ve known something was up immediatel

Jasmine did a great job grooming our cat! this is our 2nd time going to her and she is the best! we asked for a trim on his chest and face and he looks beautiful. Thank you!!

I was door dashing Friday and I needed one cat wet food, searched 5 rows of cat food and couldn’t find the one item. A female employee helped me look and then she asked a coworker and we finally found it. As a door dasher I can’t say enough about your employees , they are always over the top with customer service. I then was able to deliver the $.74 cat food item to Whitman, yup, Whitman. Thanks to your employees that are always awesome for getting me on my way

I brush and bathe Sebastian on a very regular basis, and if I ever get too busy and its been a while I take him to Pet Supplies Plus for a brush and wash. I was away last week and he was being watched by someone, so I booked an appointment here because it was the closest to where he was. I requested a simple bath and brush for $55 which on the website said included a paw pad trim, a nail trim, and a few other things. When Sebastian was brought for his appointment the woman wanted to speak to me on the phone, and explained to me that he was going to need multiple additional treatments because of how much brushing they would have to do. Brought my dog (50 lb mutt) with an appointment. Wash, Furminator & trim nails. 2hrs15min and $93.00 later, Wash and nails but no Furminator. They have done her before so I know what to expect but this time failure. Never again.
