It was a long wait (3 hours) but I understood that the week before clinic had been cancelled so it was very busy. Once we got in it was quick and efficient. My cat is feral so the staff took extra precautions to make sure she stayed safe and secure.
Everyone was great ! I got to Tractor Supply to “scan in” early . The tech helped me with that process, and I waited in line . The bet was awesome, even received small discount as it was my kittens first visit .
Jack at check in was friendly and very mindful Of our dog’s nervousness. Jack was amazing! The process was smooth and seamless.
Previously you get there and it’s first come first served. Now you sign up and are texted when your turn. There is no way to know how long you will be waiting and they are unwilling to tell you where you are in line, you could be number three or number 50 and they will not say so. It’s taking a lot more time that I personally don’t have.
I thought the visit went very well. They were very efficient very gentle with the pets and very friendly and I did meet some friends talking in line.
