I got my boy’s nail trim done here this morning. Over the phone, the lady had scheduled me for 10am. When I arrived at 10, I was informed that the groomer wasn’t even in yet and that they “always arrive late”. So I dropped off my boy. No big deal. When I went to pick him up, I paid $25 for the nail trim AND nail file. When we put my son in the car, I saw that they had missed his dew claws. So I brought him back in and asked that they could trim his dew claws. Once they brought him back, and I put him in the car again. I checked his nails. They did not file his dew claws. And as I checked further, they did not even take a lot off any of his nails. I will admit that it could be because his quicks were long. But it just looked poorly done. I paid $25 for it.. The staff is always so friendly! And the facility is spotless! My little schnoodle loves playing all day and the groomer makes her a beautiful girl on spa days. I would recommend this place to a friend.

My baby Padmé stayed the weekend while I visited family. The staff were super sweet and made sure she was comfy every night. As a helicopter dog mom I felt comfortable leaving her in their care. Padmé had tons of stuff to do from enrichments to daycare!

Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good customer service, and good add on options with play time. The only thing that I didn't like is this last time she stayed I asked when picking her up if I could go see her in the element (dog room), I was told no. I think the lady misunderstood as in thinking I wanted to go myself to get her from.the back. I said I just wanted to go with them to see her in the back. They told me no, that it was against their policy. I feel as if I am paying for someone to watch my dog I should be able to see her briefly in that space. One lady said it could make the dog nervous. It was at pickup, not drop off. My dog wouldn't get nervous she would be happy. That is the only thing I didn't like.

Another successful stay for Xavier. He was there for the night and afternoon while we moved and I’m sure he played all day! Came home from exhaustion considering he’s sound asleep snoring at 6pm 😅. Thanks you guys for everything!
