CityVet | Spring

We had a wonderful experience bringing our puppy to City Vet Spring for her exam and vaccines. The clinic is extremely clean, modern, and smells fresh instead of like a typical pet clinic. Dr. Tiffany Summers and the staff were kind, professional, and very attentive. Our puppy had a mild reaction to her vaccines, and Dr. Summers took the time to come back and explain what might be happening. They even kept her for about an hour to monitor her and called us with an update once she was doing well so we could pick her up. What really stood out was the level of care — they even called the next day to check on her and make sure she was doing okay. That level of compassion and follow-up meant a lot to us. Thank you Dr. Summers and the entire team at City Vet Spring for taking such great care

On 01/13/2026 I called to make an appointment for my dog, I explained what my dog was going threw and they made the appointment immediately for the following day 01/14/2026. This was the first time taking my dog Fluffy to City Vet. She was having alot of pain just trying to stand and also she has been suffering from an ear infection for the past 2 and a half to 3 years, which at another clinic that she's been going to for the past 7 years never helped her. But I will say here at City Vet the receptionist when he saw my beautiful girl having a hard time walking he greeted me at the door and immediately carried her, put her on the weighing scale and straight to her waiting room. The nurse was super nice and very polite. When Dr. Tiffany Summers walked in she introduced herself, I explained

Dr. Summers is so amazing as well as her staff. You always feel welcome from the door entrance all the way through your visit. Dr. Summers has treated 2 beloved members of our household. She knowledgeable and ensure their txmt was the safest considering their other medical issues. I love my fur babies and I trust them with this Vet. Thank you City Vet

This was by far the best vet clinic I've ever been to! I have a 115 pound German Shepard who is not friendly and I was so nervous about our appointment but it wasn't stressful at all! We had our own room the entire time so my dog didn't come across any other dogs (thank goodness!) They even gave my daughter a juice box and stuff to color with. She was so excited when they said they would hang up her artwork 😊 I wish I remembered the vet tech's name because he was so nice! Dr Summers and the tech were so great with my Pup pup. My dog is feeling so much better. They did not pressure us to add on a bunch of stuff like every other vet clinic I've been to and the bill was very reasonable. This is the only vet we will be going to from now on!

While visiting Texas from Georgia during the holidays, our family dog, "Miracle" experienced a medical emergency. This was by far the best veterinarian experience over the past 20 years of having pets. The entire staff was accomodating, polite, professional, and informative. I received a call (same day) and another approx 2 days later to check on her recovery progress. In addition, we received a handwritten card in the mail from Dr. Summers and signed by the staff, following up once more and wishing we had a safe trip home. DOES SERVICE LIKE THIS ACTUALLY STILL EXIST? YES, at CityVet-Spring! Miracle has recovered just fine. Thank you Dr. Summers, Amber, Jalissa, Malcolm, and Suzy! The Brown Family
