This clinic badly burned (2nd degree) with a heating pad during his neutering. I understand a lack of hair creates a special circumstance, but the aftercare was inadequate. They did an initial bandage and cone. The cone was cheap and broke on day 2 and was too small for our dog. They told us WE could buy another. The bandage needed to be changed daily and WE told to manage that (bandaging in this area is compicated and the bandages are not free). An infection was likely and WE needed to buy honey or a silver antibiotic paste. We were told antibiotics at first, but after looking at him about a week later they offered these pills at no cost. You can genuinely feel how much they care about the work they do. My Jack Russell Terrier mix, Tobi, has been treated here for everything from annual checkups to ear infections, and most recently, dental surgery under anesthesia. Their level of care was exceptional, they kept us updated every step of the way through text and even checked in on him the next day. For being out of town this was the best option I could have made. Excellent staff, whole process was easy no headache involved long process and the manager Raul was so kind reassuring me everything would be okay and they would do everything they could. If you want your pet cared for highly recommend Champion Wood I never felt like I was getting scammed or that my pet was going to put me in debt. Thanks so much Raul and the Champion team. This is our first visit at this practice as our previous veterinary practice closed. We had a great experience with the Vet Tech as well as Dr Camarillo. The Dr spent time examining Finn and answering any questions I had. I am glad we found a new Veterinary practice that provides excellent service and is close by.

Champion Wood Animal Hospital is the best! Took my dog Bear in for shot, and he’s not a fan of vets usually, but they made him feel so comfortable. The techs and vets there are amazing! They provide the most care, and Doctor C was very professional and accommodating. We will return! Thank you!
