PetSuites Prosperity Ridge

I took my pup here for over a year when I lived in the Prosperity Ridge area. This place was so convenient since it was across the street where I lived and had lots of flexible options for me to take my dog, whether it be boarding, day boarding, daycare, and other packages. My pup absolutely loved coming here every single time! All of the employees gave her lots of love and made sure she was comfortable to be herself. The manager, Emma, and the rest of the team were also amazing with working with my dog and I as we navigated some of her behavioral training and worked with us to find some flexible options that suited her needs. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I’ve been using PetSuites Prosperity Ridge for over two years for dog boarding and have recently begun to use them regularly for grooming. I like the variety of options regarding both boarding and grooming. It allows me to tailor my dogs stay to their needs. I’m pleased with the time staff takes at check-in reviewing notes and asking questions. If any questions arise during my dogs stay, someone will reach out via text. I value this as I believe it is indicative of the individual attention given to my dog’s stay/grooming. A quick shout-out to Taylor Grose in dog grooming. She is my go-to for bathing and grooming. I have a senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and it has become more difficult for me to bathe him as he’s aged. He recently was looking ragged and needed a trim around his edges

This place was suggested by my vet. When I first dropped off my Kuji I was a little nervous just giving him to someone/place I really didn't know. Nevertheless it turned out wonderful. Kuji had a great time playing with other puppies and just being in the atmosphere. Now he visits 3 times a week and gets so excited when turn that corner and he sees the building. I feel comfortable enough now to leave him and I plan on having stay there for the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff are loving and the place us really clean. There is no dog scent in the whole place. Kuji and I say thank you!!!

We recently adopted our dog, Bryer, from a shelter and discovered he has severe separation anxiety. PetSuites has been a true lifesaver! His behavior and overall demeanor have improved so much, and he absolutely loves going—he can’t wait to get through the door each morning. The staff is professional, caring, and always keeps me updated, which gives me complete peace of mind. I also love their foster program and how they support shelter dogs while they wait for their forever homes. Bryer (and his parents) highly recommend PetSuites Prosperity Ridge!
