The staff here is wonderful! They take awesome care of my puppy, woody! I will definitely be a longtime customer for his grooming and daycare needs.

1 Star – Completely Unreliable and Disrespectful of Your Time PetSuites Naperville has consistently struggled with basic scheduling and communication, but this week was the final straw. I had an early morning grooming appointment scheduled for my dog. Thirty minutes before drop-off, I received a text saying there was a “family emergency” and no backup groomer available. While inconvenient, I understood and immediately tried to reschedule for the very next morning which took over 1 hours and multiple follow-ups. The next day, I drove there on my way to work to drop off my dog only to be told I wasn’t even on the calendar. I had to pull up the text message from their own center confirming the reschedule just to prove I wasn’t mistaken. Even then, there was confusion. After waiting around

I have been bringing my dog here for a year now. He loves it and loves the people here. I als appreciate the customer service side as everyone I’ve talked to have been great. They are always professional and give updates when I leave him overnight while traveling. I would highly reccomend for petsuites to anyone with a pet.

Mikey’s experience was wonderful! I was very comforted being able to access his cameras to see in his room, which was great. Staff very friendly and he had human play time as he enjoys human company over canine. When he came home he was his happy self, no stress from not eating or restlessness. This will be my go to facility for Mikey. The staff listened took notes and followed my requests. I recommend Pet Suites, Mikey had a tv and bed in his suite. The tempered glass door is so much better than a wire cage for him. All these positives took away any anxiety an owner can have leaving their fur baby. Thank you to all the staff for such great care.

This is a terrible location, badly managed and extremely unprofessional. I had reserved boarding for my cat 3 months in advance for the holidays knowing slots will fill fast. I got a confirmation that everything is good and I need to share vaccination information before the boarding. A week before, they sent me a text asking me for vaccination information. It was a routine message, without any urgency or any timeline requirement to provide the same, nor it had any note that my reservation will be cancelled. That same evening I receive another text that my reservation is cancelled. I called them immediately and they were extremely rude about this, didn't care to understand the situation, nor had a reasonable explanation. We have an international trip coming up and hence made a reservation 3
