PetSuites Cypress

My two Shorkies Gabby and Stella stayed in a luxury suite with raised beds and a TV. I was able to watch them on My I-phone via App while I was on vacation. They had individual play time and were well taken care of during their stay. I would take them there again.

Absolutely the best experience with my German Shepherd, Puppy Maxwell. He was able to enroll in the Puppy daycare unlimited package for $99 twice. The staff is so genuine. The place is so clean and beautiful. Maxwell comes home so happy and loves this time there. We will keep using this doggy dog care. It really means so much to see how much the staff truly loves all the pets there. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Try them out. On Tuesdays, they offer a discount of $20 for daycare. The outside and inside play area is first class. Thank you!

AMAZING!! I absolutely love the staff and the atmosphere here. If you're looking for a place you can trust that genuinely loves and cares for your pets, look no further! Their adorable Paw-greed reports are a great touch to keep you updated on your baby. My boy had the time of his life while boarding, and I’m beyond excited with our experience. He’s going to love daycare here too!!

Great facility, sweet and engaging staff. Very clean. I only wish they had kept me advised of her for the three days. It was our first time leaving her and I was a bit anxious. But she seemed happy and content when we picked her up. The facility did send us a report card about her habits for the stay. All and all for a first experience I think both our cat and her parents were pleased. If we should need it we’d use them again.

We have been using Pet Suites for over a year now and we absolutely love it. We have used their daycare, boarding, and grooming services and we have had nothing but the best experiences every time. The staff are consistently kind and professional and they love our dogs as if they were their own. We have moved multiple times and although continuing to use their services at this location is not as convenient as it was there is just not another company and location that we trust and love like this one. I could not find another facility that had the hours that Pet Suites offers as well, it was a massive relief to find them.
