The place looks and smells clean. Pleasant reception area. This Petsuites is managed well by two dedicated managers, Gina and Maria. I feel at ease entrusting my senior little girl in their care when traveling.

This place is the BEST to leave your buds for either boarding, play dates (doggy daycare) and even grooming. I have done all three and cannot tell you (well yes I can) how impressed I am - and how happy and cared for my dog is when I pick him up. They love him and he loves going. He has a medical issue and I felt confident leaving him for a 4 day boarding - he was given his meds as directed and had no issues whatsoever. I can say unequivocally this is the best place to entrust with the care of your pet.. Believe me - it’s a jewel in the desert. I have recommended it many times and no one has been disappointed.

We boarded our dog here for a couple nights over a long weekend and I paid for additional public playtime. We used to go to a resort that shutdown so tried this new one. The first red flag is they require dogs boarding with them to get a flu shot. Our dog is well socialized and friendly, and has always played well with other dogs at pet resorts. When we picked her up, they said she was aggressive and they had to isolate her. This dog doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body. I have seen her around aggressive dogs and she will either roll over or run away from them. I didn't get a refund for the additional playtime. It was over a holiday weekend over the summer, and the lady at the counter told me because of that, they were overloaded so there was chaos from that. I appreciate the hone

Terrific facility. They took great care and made my dogs feel welcomed and comfortable. I love the extra detail in their “journal” to me with pics of the dogs and their eating schedule/habit. Highly recommend.

Took my 3-yr old black lab, Bear, to PetSuites to get groomed - I had been brushing him out but he was still shedding a lot everyday. In an hour and a half, he came out very happy looking like he got a haircut (although he got brushed really thorough) and smelling great! They gave him a bandana and he looked like he was ready for a date! I will absolutely use them again!
