PetSuites Braselton

We absolutely love Petsuites Braselton. They are the only boarding place trust with our 6 y/o frenchie. He loves going there and is always in good spirit when we pick him back up. This allows us to be worry free when we go out of town. I would highly recommend Petsuites Braselton.

I had a wonderful experience with boarding my shepherd Gracie over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The staff was friendly, professional, informative and caring. I received phone calls from Tyler informing me of Gracie's evaluation and he was so very patient in answering all of my questions and he offered many suggestions. All of the dogs that I saw looked happy and well cared for and Gracie was no different. They even washed her bedding before she came home. I will be bringing Gracie for some day visits after the holidays because I was so impressed with their care and it will give Gracie the opportunity to play safely with other dogs. I was very nervous about boarding Gracie but after the positive and wonderful experience with boarding here, I will highly recommend to all of my friends

We have used them for boarding four times and have been pleased. It is very easy to book online and add services when you want them.. The hours are very convenient for drop off and pick up and our beagle seems to have enjoyed the stays although he is happy to get home.

We have used Pet Suites–Braselton for over a year and have been very pleased with the services and level of care they have shown our Harley. It has been our experience that all the members of their staff are devoted animal lovers and they enjoy looking after the pets in their care. We used to use another pet sitting service much closer to where we live that was ‘OK’, but it is readily apparent from Harley’s excitement/attitude when we drop her off, that she prefers Pet Suites-Braselton to our previous pet sitter. We willingly drive the ‘extra mile (actually 10+)’ it takes for us to place Harley with the Braselton facility. We have used the daycare, training, boarding, and grooming services at Braselton and have not had a bad experience yet. We particularly like being able to log in on-line

This is our first time boarding our dog, Leo, here and we will definitely be back. I never like boarding him, but felt at ease seeing him on the webcams and they shared photos of him. He looked so happy. Most importantly love their hours so we can pick him up any day of the week.
