The last time I took my dog in for a basic bath and brush, he did not smell as though he had been washed properly. He has a double coat and his appointment lasted under 2 hours which is telling me the didn’t take the time needed to do a thorough job because it usually takes longer than that (unless they just keep him in a kennel for the majority of the time I’m paying for a service). They always seem disorganized and there have been a couple on instances where communication was lacking and caused me to waste my time taking my dog over there just to have to turn right back around. Won’t be using them again.

Good selection, very clean, had a adoption event. But half the fish were unsellable. Stay away if you want anything for a tank or aquarium. Fine for pet food and leashes.

I am very disappointed with the service I got today. I had both of my babies, Mia and blue groomed there today I was charged over $100 extra for de matting even though all their hair was completely cut bold. I didn’t mind paying the extra I didn’t mind paying $270 in total, when they were not evenly cut. they were not washed at all. They came back home was still dirt under the eyes both of their behind, still dirty and not washed at all it seems like they took a wet towel and just wiped their back. And when I got home, my call back to talk to a manager and the grooming department put me on hold again and again to avoid the complaint. They know what they did wrong so they keep putting me on hold without transferring me to a manager again and again. Which was very disrespectful. I didn’t min

They rejected my dog Mocha a couple of times due to behavior that they described as act of almost biting. How are y’all groomers and do not know how to groom a dog? It is part of grooming. Y’all need to make the dog feel safe and please them so they’re not aggressive. My dog is never aggressive and has no history of biting anyone. She’s still an animal. When animals feel threatened, they protect themselves by making growling or showing their teeth, but that doesn’t mean they will bite. Y’all need more trainings. Erin is the only one that can groom Mocha and not complain.

I took my mini dachshund to get groomed and had such a wonderful experience with Jenny. My puppy can get very nervous, but Jenny was so kind, gentle, and patient with her. I could tell Lexi felt safe and cared for. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful—and more importantly, she was happy. Highly recommend her.
