I've traveled across the USA many times with my dog and been to all kinds of pet stores. PetSmart is the most reliable full-service pet store, hands down. This store in Woburn is extra clean and well organized. I brought my dog for the first time here for a bath and wash today. Mia did an amazing job! (My daughter is also a dog groomer, so I understand the effort the job takes). Mia went the extra mile brushing out my dog's thick furry behind and carefully around his ears. My dog is pretty shy, but he went right up to Mia and seemed comfortable with her. I am grateful for the excellent service and kind staff-- we will be back.

Go to Pets Hotel for our fur baby. She is always happy to waltz thru the doorways and the staff is very friendly and loves greeting her.

I will never go buy fish here again. The tall bald guy (sorry didn’t get his name) was so rude. If you ask questions he talks to you like you’re stupid. Clearly he does this to others since there’s another review saying he’s arrogant. He also was the same way with my friends dad who said he’ll also never go back there. Petco across the street has polite employees who actually seem to enjoy their job.

states they know how to groom cats but they apparently dont. waste of time. i specifically stated type of services needed prior on phone and was told they delt with this before and had years of experience. Not. go to a professional they clearly just do trims. not cat friendly very loud dog environment.

Variety of pet products (from food to snacks to toys to toiletries) available on shelf. Don't think they get new products often but always have stuff in stock. My son likes to come by to say hi to the reptiles. This one really looked healthy. Just need a home. Wish I could take it home.
