I was so excited to have a pet store in Rapids! However, this is my second time getting crickets from them and I’m so disappointed! Each time I’m paying full price for a bag of half dead crickets. Here are some photos of them in the bag when I got home just a couple minutes later. As well as another photo of them after I dumped them into my frog enclosure. If you’re wondering about all the white stuff is, it’s the dead crickets. I have to put calcium on the crickets for my frogs to eat. However, they don’t eat dead crickets so I’ll have to clean all that out here now.

Have been there a few times. I was excited to have a place local to get fish supplies from but the every time we are in there there literally dozens of dead fish and extremely dirty gross tanks. They don't have a lot of options for fish food and medication. The staff there has been horrible too, lazy don't want to help you and if they do that have a terrible attitude. My best experience there was when I needed something price matched from Amazon and I talked to a manager about it that said that it was able to be done, get to the store and some girl is arguing and refused to get the manager I was talking with. Thankfully he heard the commotion and came out and I got my stuff taken care of. He was literally the nicest person I've dealt with there. The next closest place for us is about a 45

I frequent pets Mart weekly. I come to grab feeder fish for originally 19 cents a piece of you buy more than 50 well now each fish is .49 cents i was told there are not more bulk deals on them. Sadly I will not buy anymore fish from them since one feeder fish is ?50 cents. INSTEAD IV FOUND OUT WHERE THEY GET THEIR SUPPLY FROM SO INSTEAD I JUST ORDER FROM THEM FOR HALF THE PRICE OF THEIR ORIGINAL DEAL. 9 CENTS EACH IS BETTER THAN 49. IF YOU REALLY WANT BUSINESS BRING BACK THE BULK DEAL. TILL THEN I DONT THINK ILL BE BACK

We just moved to the area and our first time visiting this location was on Sunday, 9/7/25 around 6pm. After being followed around the store by a female employee in a red shirt and hearing her talk about us, and then when we finally check out she propped herself up front by cashier and sopped down a bag of chips, all while interacting with the cashier like she didn't just make our experience terrible. (The male cashier was very nice and friendly) After spending over $150 we decided that we will never return to this location and will never give them any more of our hard earned money.

I took my 7 month old Shihpoo to them. First time I was told that my puppy was too aggressive to cut his fur. I went to my vet and got a sedative to give him and scheduled another appointment. I dropped him off and let them know he was given the sedative and I wanted him to be cut short so we didnt have to put him through this for a while. I received a call when he was there telling things were going well, however they said they found 1 flea and gave him a flea bath, but again stated he had just one flea, which I find strange. The hair cut he received was just hideous! I was told it was my puppy's fault as he was still too aggressive.
