PetSmart

We had a fantastic experience with the groomers at PetSmart, Elainna, Luna, and Kayley. They groomed our three dogs and did an amazing job. We’ve been coming to this PetSmart grooming location for about three years now, and we truly love it. The team is always so personable, caring, and great with our dogs. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work and how comfortable our dogs are with them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Is PetSmart is located in a pretty good spot so it's not super crowded in the parking lot you can get in and out get what you need and they're usually not super busy most times of the day. Also I don't belong to Banfield but they do have a Banfield medical office inside that PetSmart and a grooming office as well

Good size pet store with a great selection of food, toys, treats, grooming supplies, training gear and meds with a on site vet office as well. Dogs and cats to fish and lizards they probobly have it. Checkout can take a bit if its busy, but thats everywhere you go these days.

We went in to have our dogs hair cut. We paid 65 dollars. The groomer did not cut his hair because she didn’t feel safe cutting his hair. Keep in mind this a shorky. He weighs 10 lbs. he doesn’t have a full cut so now we have to take him somewhere else and pay more money and they refused to give any discount or allow us to come back later unless we paid more money to finish his haircut. Terrible service would not recommend anyone going here and would advise against it.

I booked the 30 minute private training session which was advertised as a consultation to discuss my dog, our training goals, and set a training plan. To my confusion and surprise, this was not what I received. None of the above items occurred. The goal seemed to be to show quick results regardless of my dogs temperament, comfort or confidence. Which maybe I should have expected getting training at a big box store. But, getting judgement right from the start on my dog's behavior when I'm coming for help is not something to be expected.
