PetSmart

So far great experience here. My dogs seem to like this location better than the petsmart grooming in Rocky Mount. This location is bigger as well. The Rocky Mount location service and pricing kept changing the longer I went. Hopefully this Wilson location won’t treat me like that.

Went to an appt here for grooming, the staff was extremely rude right off the get go, they were screaming at other dogs getting their hair cut and they moved my appt 30 min without notice and then got mad at me bc i came at the original time. I just refused service. If you love your dog don’t let these fools do anything. Pathetic is an understatement

Despite being short staffed due to situations out of their control, the manager and staff member had positive attitudes and were willing to help anywhere they were needed. I appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond!

This store has a great group of staff! Good selection of products with awesome deals. Always a good experience!

I just wanna start off by saying I have tried EVERYTHING To help my dog out whose all allergies were making him lose hair all over his body. I’ve spent $$$$ going from vet to vet, trying every medication and every type of prescription food for nothing to work. When I walked into the Petsmart, a nice young lady with black hair assisted me on finding new treats. She saw the state of my dog and asked a few question's about him. I told her the whole story with vets when she said she has some suggestions. I won’t lie the things she recommended sounded a bit odd because I’ve never heard of some of these remedies so I was pretty skeptical. But I was willing to try anything at this point so I bought what she suggested at Petsmart, switched his food, added supplements and even got the products she
